We are open Tuesdays 9 AM to 5 PM, Wednesdays through Fridays 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturdays from 9 AM to 3 PM. Some after hours available prepaid upon request.

Yes! A consultation and treatment can most likely happen on the same day, depending on the service chosen and our schedule that day. 

Absolutely, the best way to begin your journey is to schedule a consultation. This is where we will be able to more intimately discuss your needs and find the right service/treatment for you. Cara Mia Medical Spa  believes in the customized approach for each patient whether it is for injections or skin care. If you are new to us, we always provide a thorough, in-depth medical and esthetic consultation. For consultation appointments there is a fee; however, your consultation fee will be credited towards your chosen service once we decide how we will move forward.

Our team consists of highly skilled medical providers and estheticians who are trained to provide a wide range of services for both men and women. Rest assured that you will receive personalized care from a staff member who is specifically trained in the treatment you are seeking.

We accept debit, credit card, checks, or cash as well as our customized in-house payment plans. 

Yes! We offer payment plans on services of $200 and up. Payment options include Cherry, Care Credit, Vagaro Pay Later, and PayPal.

Returns are only accepted within 14 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns within 14 days are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee. We do not provide refunds for online bookings.

Cara Mia Medical Spa requires a credit card number to be kept on file to reserve your scheduled service.

To avoid a $50. 00 cancellation/rescheduling/no show fee, kindly provide us with at least a 24 hours notice.

Appointment reminders go out 48 hours in advance giving you plenty of time to reschedule your appointment.

We understand that delays and emergencies can happen and we will do our best to accomodate you if the schedule allows.

Please understand that this may not be possible.  A late arrival may result in a shortened service and you are still responsible for the full service fee(s).

Cara Mia Medical Spa reserves the right to reschedule an appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late.

What is spa etiquette?

Spa etiquette refers to the expected behavior and manners that are appropriate when visiting a spa. Whether you're a seasoned spa-goer or a first-time visitor, it's essential to know the proper etiquette when visiting a spa. Proper spa etiquette helps to create a relaxing atmosphere for everyone, including other clients and the staff. From arriving on time to tipping appropriately, there are a few general guidelines to keep in mind. Here are key tips to help you make the best out of your next spa experience:

  • Arrive on Time: Aim to arrive 15 minutes early to complete any paperwork and relax before your appointment.  Even better, complete your paperwork online before arriving to your appointment.  This will ensure your treatment is not shorten due to you not being ready on time.

  • Book in Advance: To secure your preferred time, book your treatments ahead of time.

  • Dress Appropriately: Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes. Make sure your jewelry is easy to remove.

  • Shower Before Your Appointment: Whenever posible shower before your appointment. This ensures personal hygiene and prepares your skin for treatments.

  • Communicate Your Needs: Inform the staff of any preferences, allergies, or health concerns. 

  • Turn Off Your Phone: Keep your phone on silent or off to maintain a peaceful environment.

  • Respect Others' Privacy: Maintain a quiet atmosphere and respect personal space.

  • Children: Out of courtesy to our relaxation guests and the safety of your children, we ask that children not accompany any of our clients for their scheduled appointments. Children are not to be left unattended within the spa under any circumstances. Children are welcome with a scheduled appointment. 

  • Tip Appropriately: It’s customary to tip an esthetician, massage therapist, nail tech, and hair stylist.  While tipping is not mandatory is generally appreciated and encouraged.  A standard rate of 15-20% for a treatment is recommended, but the amount is ultimately at the client’s discretion.  You may even opt to tip more if the quality of the service was especially high.

  •  Use Common Courtesy: Be polite and respectful to both guests and staff. Clean up after yourself and return any borrowed items.

Following these guidelines helps ensure a serene and rejuvenating spa experience for everyone.

While no one is stopping you from doing so,there is a much clearer boundary when it comes to tipping medical professionals. Licensed medical professionals like doctors, surgeons, nurses and physician assistants can’t accept tips for medical services. The professional norms and ethics of medical care dictate that these med spa staff members cannot accept cash tips for their services. So, if you receive a medical service, you can simply pay your bill for services rendered.
