Our Memberships

• Your debit/credit card will be automatically charged on the same date of each month and funds will be available to use for that month. 
• The membership fee must be paid via debit/credit card on file. No cash will be accepted. If your card declines after three attempts, the office will contact you for an updated payment method. 
• If you fail to provide an updated payment method within 72 hours of being notified, your Cara Mia Wellness Membership will be terminated and no refunds will be provided. 
• An invoice will be sent to your email address on file for payment of the outstanding monthly membership balance.
• Seasonal discounts may not be rolled over and must be booked during the months of February, May, August, and November for that calendar year. 
• You are responsible for scheduling and keeping track of your own appointments. Appointment reminders are sent 48 hours in advance. 
• If you fail to show to your appointment or fail to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for the no show/late-cancellation fee of $50. 
• The no show/cancellation fee will need to be paid before rescheduling. If not paid by the end of the month, you will forfeit that month's service. No exceptions. 
• The lost service will not be applied to a different month, no exceptions.

You may cancel your Cara Mia Wellness Membership at any time after your 3-month required commitment. 

To cancel your membership, please email caramiamedicalspa@gmail.com and provide at least one week’s notice. Our billing department will confirm cancellation with you. No other forms of cancellation will be considered. Membership benefits must be used within the month it was paid and canceled or you will forfeit the membership benefit at the end of that month, no exceptions.

Cara Mia Wellness Membership requires a minimum commitment of 3 months. If you cancel before the minimum commitment is met, you will be charged for the difference.

We give you the flexibility and option to pause your Wellness Membership as we understand that you might not be able to make it to your appointment when on vacation. Please plan ahead, give us at least 5 days before your charged date is supposed to happen. You will be charged on the same date that you signed up for your membership every single month, unless you paused and/or canceled your membership.
